The Role:

As an Account Handler, you'll be the go-to contact for both clients and providers, handling queries and resolving issues with efficiency and expertise. You'll be expected to anticipate needs and deliver solutions that exceed expectations.

In this dynamic role, you’ll provide crucial office-based support to your assigned sales team, managing the client portfolio through all stages, from New Business to MTA and Renewals.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in Commercial Insurance is preferred
• Strong IT skills, communication, rapport-building, negotiation abilities, and a confident phone manner
• A proactive approach and eagerness to learn
• Cert CII is desirable but not essential, as full support will be provided
