Eames Consulting are working with a Lloyd's Syndicate on the appointment of a Fleet Underwriter to be based in either London or Swansea.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Underwrite complex risks across new business, renewals, and amendments within agreed authority.
- Support product strategy by analysing data and identifying growth opportunities.
- Build broker relationships to expand market reach and deliver tailored solutions.
- Mentor team members, sharing technical expertise to enhance team performance.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and company standards.
The ideal candidate will have proven fleet underwriting experience, strong market knowledge, pricing strategy expertise, and commercial awareness.
