TAY Recruitment are looking to recruit a versatile Handyman/Woman for their client based in Swansea. The position is on a temp perm basis with an immediate start working Monday-Friday.

The Role:

• Perform routine maintenance and minor tasks
• Handle urgent repairs and maintenance tasks as needed.
• General maintenance of building
• Painting of floors/ walls as required
• Changing of bulbs and switches
• Replacing of tiles where required
• Ad Hoc Carpentry duties

The Candidate:

• Proven experience as a handyman/woman or in a similar role.
• Proficiency with using hand tools, and various equipment
• Good communication skills
• Good at resolving issues
• Well organised
