Key responsibilities

  • Adhere to Pre and Post Litigation Procedures: Ensure compliance with all relevant procedures throughout the life of a claim, aiming for effective and economical case conclusions.
  • Claims Validation: Cross-check claims details to ensure they align with our records.
  • Underwriting Scrutiny: Vigilantly identify and refer any questionable underwriting for further review.
  • Establish Loss Circumstances: Clearly ascertain the circumstances surrounding any loss and conduct appropriate liability enquiries.
  • Validate Accounts and Authorize Payments: Confirm the accuracy of accounts and fee notes before authorizing payments.
  • Maintain Accurate Estimates: Keep precise estimates updated throughout the life of the claim, adjusting where necessary.
