Your new companyYour new company is a well-established organisation based in the heart of Swansea. My client is seeking an individual who is proactive and has a willingness to learn. They are looking for an individual who wants to join their fantastic team for the long term. Your new roleYour new role as Sales Co-ordinator is a varied role. You will have numerous responsibilities, including but not limited to:

  • Produce quotations to provide for customers
  • Provide effective account management
  • Support external sales to bring visit action items to completion
  • Processing new sales leads
  • Monitoring customer accounts
  • Receipt and processing of incoming orders from customers
  • Ensuring accurate input of customer orders onto SAP system
  • Performing end-to-end management of customer orders
  • Negotiating factory lead times
  • Various other duties!

What you'll need to succeedThe successful candidate will be an individual who is proactive and demonstrates a strong willingness to learn. You will be a strong communicator who is ready to communicate verbally or in writing with customers, suppliers and any other stakeholders necessary. Further to this, you will be a tech-savvy individual with good working knowledge of the Microsoft Office package. You will be expected to work well within a team and possess good organisation and multitasking skills. What you'll get in returnIn return, you will receive a competitive salary between £23,000 - £23,500. You will have the opportunity to work with flexitime.
