Hoop Nursing are seeking a passionate and experienced Quality Lead to join a Leading Healthcare Provider within East and West Wales.

As the Quality Lead you will manage all areas of Quality Assurance and Improvement, working collaboratively with the operations team and managing a team of Quality Partners to create an environment of enriched learning, continuous learning and enhanced services. You will be confident and knowledgeablewith all regulatory frameworks, quality assurance processes, health and safety regulations, risk management, specialist support and all aspects of governance.

You will drive outstanding performance and innovation through engagement with those that require support, from the services.

A comprehensive JD will be provided, at initial enquiry stage.

Essential

- Must have the QCF Level 5 or equivalent
- Must have experience working as an operational manager in a Health and/or Social Care role
- Must have experience of inspection in a regulatory environment, or significant experience working in Quality Assurance and Improvement
- Must have a comprehensive understanding of the CIW framework and associated legislation and regulation
- Leading, managing and developing teams to deliver high-quality, person-centred support
