The Recruitment Co. is urgently recruiting an experienced Receptionist to join a Worldwide, well known dealership on an Ad Hoc basis.

Salary: £11.44per hour Hours of work: Varies on an Ad Hoc Basis covering sickness and holidays. Hours vary between 8am-6pm Monday to Saturday.

Contract: Temporary on an Ad Hoc Basis

SummaryYou will welcome every customer, managing their visit by directing them to the correct department efficiently and offering refreshments throughout. You will also manage incoming calls and will be responsible for connecting the dialers to the right department promptly. Our Receptionists/Hosts work a variety of flexible patterns which can typically include weekends to ensure we provide our customers with the highest possible levels of service.

Skills & Abilities:To provide the best service to our customers the ideal candidate will need:

  • Strong Communication - Proactive communicator with our management and dealership teams
  • High levels of Customer Service - innovative in your approach to creating experiences and someone who will use their own initiative where they think it will delight a customer
  • Strong Organisational Skills - You will need to collate customer knowledge and anticipate their needs, to back this up, excellent organisational and preparation skills are required coupled with a genuine passion for detail.
