The Role: Lead a team to deliver exceptional claims service. Manage new claims, handle enquiries, resolve complaints, and authorise payments. Ensure efficient, fair, and economical claim settlements, striving to improve service and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and develop a team of Claims Technicians.
  • Set and manage resource requirements.
  • Oversee daily activities, providing support and coaching.
  • Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements.
