Here at RSD Social Care we are a family run agency providing support to a number of residential homes and services within the Swansea area. We believe in providing the highest standard of care to young people and children.
We are currently recruiting Care Workers, working with us you will be supporting adults to meet their physical, emotional, intellectual, social, and cultural needs.
We are looking for experienced Care workers who are looking for flexible work.
To work with the team in developing, reviewing, monitoring and adapting support and safety plans.
To monitor and report to senior staff on the effectiveness of support delivery.
What we need from you:
. Experience in Care worker
. Personal care experience
Be friendly and have a caring nature
Excellent communication
Flexible work ability
. Confidence working alone and to work a part of a team
. An enhanced DBS
. Social Care Wales registered (not essential but will need to sign up within 6 months)
