Technical Sales Executive

Working Hours: Monday – Friday 40 hours, 8.30am – 5pm

Hawk3 Talent solutions are currently partnering with our leading global chemical engineering company, who specialise in the formulation and chemical manufacturing who are looking to expand their Sales Division. 

Main Responsibilities of the Technical Sales Executive

  • Promote the brands and product range across all sectors
  • Develop the core offering, value proposition and Brand differentiation in the marketplace
  • Identify and pursue profitable sales opportunities within the existing customer base.
  • Focuses sales efforts by researching existing and potential volume of customer base and prioritising accordingly.
  • Respond and manage all quotes through the Salesforce CRM system in a timely and efficient manner to meet all client and company requirements.
  • Ensure activity reports on quote chasing activity are produced on a weekly / monthly and annual basis.
  • Resolves customer complaints by investigating problems; developing Solutions; preparing reports; making recommendations to management.
  • Communicate effectively with colleagues internally and externally to ensure that information is disseminated effectively across the company.
  • Make a valid and considered contribution to all products by actively engaging in and supporting new sales initiatives
  • Liaise with Finance regarding credit status checks.

Experience and Skills required

  • Minimum 5 years in a Senior Sales role
  • Ideally understanding of heat pumps and Glycol chemistry
  • Technical skills. Chemical /Water treatment/ Heat pumps/ Background
  • Interpersonal skills.
  • Negotiation skills.

  • Analytical skills.
