The Role
The Technical Claims Handler will play a crucial role in supporting customers during their claims process. This position offers the opportunity to work with a growing team in a new business, ideal for someone with a commercial claims background seeking a challenging and rewarding career.
Key Responsibilities of the Technical Claims Handler:
- Managing claims across multiple products
- Collaborating with claims partners, including brokers, lawyers, and assessors
- Identifying and managing fraud concerns
- Setting claims reserves and making payments
- Acting as a subject matter expert for commercial claims
Required knowledge and experience for the Technical Claims Handler role:
- Experience in handling commercial claims across multiple products
- Proven track record of working with multiple partners
- Expertise in managing claims fraud
- Proficiency in using various digital platforms
- Ability to adapt to changes in a fast-paced environment
- Fraud experience
- EL/PL and PI knowledge
