Role Overview:

The Warehouse & Logistics Manager will play a lead role the move in to a new facility and be involved with the setup of processes and getting things humming. This role calls for a mix of strategic insight and hands-on execution, working closely with the leadership team. Partnering with logistics providers, internal teams, and sales will be key to maintaining a flawless end-to-end supply chain. This is very much an all encompassing role, a leadership team that roll up their sleeves and aren't afraid to be packing orders and shipping in busy periods.

Key Responsibilities:

Warehouse Operations:
- Develop and implement efficient processes in the new UK warehouse.
- Oversee day-to-day warehouse operations, including inventory management, order fulfilment, and quality control.
- Provide hands-on support in the warehouse when required.

Logistics Management:
- Engage and optimise an existing EU 3PL hub to support international growth.
- Manage relationships with logistics partners to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of goods.
- Monitor and analyse logistics performance metrics to drive continuous improvement.

System & Process Development:
- Implement new systems and tools to enhance warehouse and logistics operations.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory and safety requirements.

Supply Chain Collaboration:
- Work closely with sales and leadership to understand the full supply chain and its impact on customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align inventory, demand forecasting, and logistics strategies.

Leadership & Teamwork:
- Lead by example to foster a culture of operational excellence.
- Participate actively in strategic discussions with the leadership group to align warehouse and logistics goals with company objectives and best in class customer experience

Skills and Experience Required:
- Proven experience in warehouse and logistics management, preferably in a high-growth retail environment.
- Strong understanding of 3PL operations and international logistics.
- Demonstrated ability to implement new processes and systems from the ground up.
- Hands-on approach with a willingness to support operational tasks as needed.
- Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities, with experience working with leadership teams.
- Knowledge of supply chain management and best practices.
