Senior Production Coordinator

The Role

As a Production Coordinator, you will play a key role in ensuring the seamless execution of projects, working closely with various teams to deliver great results for clients. This role blends creative input, procurement, negotiation, and project coordination, requiring a proactive and detail-oriented approach.

Your primary responsibility will be to support and optimise the production process from initial proofing to final delivery. You will also contribute to the development and maintenance of digital services, helping to create a smooth and efficient experience for clients.

Key Responsibilities

Your role will involve a variety of tasks, including but not limited to:

  • Project Proofing: Provide creative input during the proofing stage to align with client briefs.
  • Procurement: Place and manage purchase orders within our supplier network.
  • Supplier Negotiation: Improve profitability and enhance delivery times through effective negotiation.
  • Project Coordination: Oversee projects to ensure they are completed on time and meet all requirements.
  • Digital Services: Manage client data and assist in building and maintaining digital services.
  • Logistics: Coordinate and oversee outbound shipping and associated administration where needed.

Your Skills & Experience

We are looking for a highly organised individual with a proven ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. You should have a strong commercial background with experience in purchasing and negotiation.

You’ll do well in this role if you are:

  • Confident with IT systems and data management- strong IT skills are essential.
  • A proactive problem-solver- you take ownership of your responsibilities and deliver results.
  • A team player - you enjoy working collaboratively and contributing to a positive team culture.
  • Motivated and focused- you’re able to manage your workload effectively with minimal supervision.

Prior supply chain, logistics or shopify experience is beneficial but not essential.
