What you'll be doing as the engineering manager:

Design Engineering:

  • Working closely with the design engineer.

Maintenance Management:

  • Overseeing the maintenance team.
  • Scheduling planned and preventative maintenance.

Production Engineering:

  • Driving continuous improvement, lean manufacturing, and design for manufacture.

What you will need to apply for the engineering manager position:

  • Experience as a process engineer, production engineer, manufacturing engineer or similar and the desire to move into an engineering manager position.
  • An understanding of CAD does not have to be recent hands-on experience.
  • Good organisational and planning skills.
  • Experience in assembly, machining or fabrication environments.

Your remuneration package:

A salary of up to £45,000, pension, 25 days of holiday plus the bank holidays

Hours of work

Monday to Friday, 8am - 4pm or 9am - 5pm.
