What You’ll Be Doing:

Join our team as a Band 6 Occupational Therapist and play a key role in supporting individuals in the community to regain independence and improve their quality of life. In this role, you will:

  • Conduct comprehensive functional assessments in patients' homes or community settings.
  • Develop and implement individualised treatment and rehabilitation plans to promote independence in daily living activities.
  • Provide specialist equipment and adaptations recommendations to enhance patient safety and mobility.
  • Work closely with multidisciplinary teams, caregivers, and social services to coordinate holistic care.
  • Maintain accurate patient records and contribute to service development.

Requirements & Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A current and valid HCPC registration.
  • Experience working in a community setting, supporting adults with a range of conditions.
  • Strong clinical reasoning, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • The ability to work independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
  • Access to a car and a full UK driving licence (essential for community visits).
  • A commitment to delivering high-quality, patient-centred care.

Working Hours & Contract Duration:

This role offers flexible working options, requiring availability from Monday to Friday, with part-time applicants considered. The contract is ongoing, with a strong possibility of extension based on performance and service needs.
