Job Overview:We are seeking a dedicated Band 6 Occupational Therapist to join the Acute Occupational Therapy team within Front Door Services. This role focuses on rapid assessments and essential interventions for patients in urgent care settings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct quick, high-quality assessments for patients at the front door of acute services.
- Develop and implement tailored treatment plans to support recovery and facilitate discharge planning.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide holistic, patient-centered care.
Requirements:
- HCPC registration and Band 6 experience in an acute setting.
- Strong assessment and intervention skills in fast-paced environments.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
