Bridgestone Group are recruiting on behalf of a pioneering organisation that has developed a unique, patented liquid-free iron dosing technology. With multiple projects underway across aquaculture, water, and wastewater treatment—both in the UK and internationally—this company is expanding and seeking talented individuals to join its Technical Team.

About the Role

Depending on your experience and career aspirations, your responsibilities may include:

  • Process Design: Conduct feasibility studies, create mass balances, develop P&IDs, control philosophies, and commissioning plans.
  • Technical Support: Provide expertise to sales and marketing teams, including direct interaction with customers.
  • Commissioning & Troubleshooting: Support system commissioning and troubleshoot performance issues, liaising with clients as needed.
  • Research & Development: Enhance existing technology and explore new applications.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with multidisciplinary teams on project development, ensuring seamless customer integration.
  • Data Analysis & Reporting: Interpret data to produce clear reports and presentations for varied audiences.
  • Laboratory Work: Occasionally contribute to hands-on testing and analysis.

Hours: 

Monday to Thursday – 07:30am to 4pm

Friday – 08.00am to 2pm

What We’re Looking For

  • Competitve salary depending on your level and experience, we are hiring for Graduate, Senior & Prinicipal roles. 
  • A relevant degree in engineering or science, plus industry experience is essential.
  • Strong analytical and mathematical skills with excellent computer literacy.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a dynamic team.
  • A proactive, problem-solving mindset with a willingness to contribute across multiple projects.
  • Additional skills such as project management, CAD proficiency, or experience in process/hydraulic modelling are highly valued.
