  • Plan, execute, and oversee projects to align with strategic objectives, ensuring quality, budget, and schedule.
  • Collaborate across departments to successfully coordinate and implement projects.
  • Monitor project budgets, optimize resource allocation, and manage dependencies for efficient execution.
  • Anticipate and address potential roadblocks, implement risk mitigation strategies, and maintain project momentum.
  • Track project progress, set deadlines, and ensure timely delivery, addressing any deviations from the plan.
  • Manage stakeholder relationships, including cross-functional teams, clients, vendors, and senior executives, ensuring effective communication throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Promote continuous process improvements, best practices, and a culture of learning to enhance project management effectiveness.
  • Provide leadership and mentorship to project teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and contribute to strategic decision-making.

The experience you'll bring:

  • Proven experience in launching new product development projects
  • Expertise in end-to-end NPD project management, from concept creation to market introduction
  • A recognized project management qualification such as Prince2, APM, or PMICSM.
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Project or other project management software.
  • Undergraduate Degree or equivalent education.
