Job Title: Production Supervisor
Responsibilities:
- Lead by example to maintain a safe and efficient workplace.
- Input and manage valve data in the Valve Management System (VMS).
- Overhaul, QA, and ensure timely delivery of valves per customer requirements.
- Provide on-site support when needed.
- Maintain company quality standards for customer satisfaction.
- Conduct risk assessments in line with quality, H&S, and environmental policies.
- Monitor KPIs and ensure targets are met.
- Coordinate production planning and resource allocation.
- Conduct team briefings, drive performance, and provide feedback.
- Uphold ISO9001 quality and Health & Safety standards.
- Address non-conformities and implement corrective actions.
- Encourage a high-performance culture and process improvements.
- Support engineering changes, production trials, and model changes.
- Report and act on machinery breakdowns and maintenance needs.
- Ensure adherence to internal delivery processes and customer concerns resolution.
- Verify workshop team timesheets for accuracy.

- HNC or equivalent in a mechanical discipline (Essential).
- IOSH/NEBOSH certification (Desirable).
- Experience in the valve industry (Desirable).
- Proven experience supervising a team of mechanical fitters (Essential).
- Strong background in process improvement and problem-solving (Essential).
