The Company:

Penguin Recruitment is delighted to be supporting an entrepreneurial property and land development group who are looking for a Land and Property Development Manager to join the team in Swansea.

As a Land and Property Development Manager you will be at the forefront of the diverse portfolio spanning across property development, investment and beyond.

You will be part of an in-house, multi-disciplinary team that includes an architect, solicitors, legal executives/conveyancers, chartered accountants and marketing professionals. You will report directly to the Group chief executive.

The Role

As a Land and Property Development Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in driving the business forward. The role is a mix of identifying opportunities, strategic planning and strengthening portfolios, along with providing exciting solutions. You will have the chance to shape the role to make use of your existing expertise.

Experience

You might have a background as a surveyor or a land or property developer. A RICS qualification would be ideal, but it is not essential. We are looking for someone who has entrepreneurial flair coupled with the quiet determination and self-motivation to make a significant contribution to the Group's future.
