TSR Legal are pleased to be working with a well-established conveyancing law firm based in Swansea, dedicated to providing exceptional legal services in property transactions. Who are currently seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Title Checker to join their dynamic and growing team.

Responsibilities:

  1. Title Examination:
    • Conduct thorough examinations of property titles to identify any issues or discrepancies.
    • Ensure compliance with legal requirements and regulations related to property titles.
  2. Document Review:
    • Review and analyze legal documents, including deeds, mortgages, and contracts.
    • Verify the accuracy of information and resolve any discrepancies.
  3. Communication:
    • Communicate effectively with internal teams, clients, and external agencies to gather necessary information and resolve title-related issues.
  4. Research:
    • Conduct research on property records, land surveys, and zoning information.
    • Stay updated on changes in property laws and regulations.
  5. Quality Assurance:
    • Implement quality control measures to maintain accuracy and precision in title examinations.
    • Provide recommendations for resolving title-related challenges.

Qualifications:

  1. Legal Background:
    • Bachelor's degree in Law or related field.
    • Previous experience in conveyancing or property law is highly desirable.
