The role:

  • Take full ownership of intake, ensuring weekly and monthly targets are achieved
  • Keep the team informed daily on key lines, new products, and intake highlights
  • Review current and historical sales to ensure accurate intake planning
  • Download and review linecards weekly, identifying sales and intake opportunities or risks
  • Recommend additional intake as needed, supported by sales data
  • Resolve delivery discrepancies by liaising with the warehouse, finance, and other departments
  • Manage intake bookings on Kolander and maintain balanced intake throughout the month
  • Ensure Linnworks reflects up-to-date and accurate intake information
  • Work closely with FBA to maintain optimal stock levels
  • Prepare and present weekly Top 10/20 reports, offering actionable insights
  • : Understand trade figures and make informed decisions
  • Collaborate with the Buying Team to ensure timely deliveries, updating intake sheets and systems as needed
  • Handle late orders, enforcing decisions such as fines or cancellations when necessary
  • Provide additional analysis as required
  • Respond to emails promptly and professionally
  • Check your own work for accuracy
  • Proactively seek solutions before escalating issues
  • Maintain a strong understanding of the website and current stock range
  • Demonstrate the ability to work autonomously

Requirements:

  • Computer Skills: Strong proficiency required
  • Open to candidates with some experience or those new to the field who are eager to learn and grow in the role
  • Must be enthusiastic , detail-oriented, and willing to learn
