Property Administrator - Block Management

Southgate, North London

We are currently looking to recruit a Property Admin for a rapidly expanding and highly regarded block management agency, who are part of the Association of Residential Management Agents (now known as the Property Institute).

Our client has built an enviable reputation for providing outstanding property management services for the residential and commercial property markets across North London.

This would be a fantastic opportunity for someone with some experience in block / property management, looking to join a growing business with excellent career prospects as the team grows.

We are happy to also consider candidates with some experience within a property-related field with transferable skills as you will be given training and support from day 1.

Responsibilities:

Assisting the Property Manager in the management of a portfolio of residential blocks

Maintaining effective communication with leaseholders.

Liaising with tradesmen, service providers and professional advisors.

Arranging and monitoring works and service contracts.

Arranging risk assessments and monitoring health and safety compliance.

General Administration.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential for this role, as well as client facing confidence.

Our client works from a very nice office in leafy Southgate, North London with onsite parking.

Working hours - Monday - Friday 8.30am - 5.30pm, 1 hour for lunch
