General reception duties, answering the phone, taking messages
General administrative duties
Make appointments using online system
Making appointments via phone
Dealing with general queries
Dealing with incoming and outgoing post

Requirements:

Previous experience is desirable
Excellent Customer Service skills.
Good working knowledge of all Microsoft packages.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
