Job Title: Junior Recruitment Consultant

Join our team as a Junior Recruitment Consultant and embark on an exciting career in recruitment. This 360-degree role requires a passionate and organized individual to support our Recruitment team in sourcing and placing teaching and learning support staff in various educational roles, be it temporary, long-term, or permanent.

Key Responsibilities

  • Candidate Engagement: Attract and retain top talent by posting job ads, sourcing candidates, and conducting interviews.
  • Client Relations: Build and manage strong relationships with schools, understanding their needs to fill vacancies efficiently.
  • Sales Support: Provide account management support and ensure a positive experience for our partners and educators.
  • Social Media & Events: Maintain a social media presence and attend job fairs to promote opportunities.

Requirements

  • A passion for education and people.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Prior experience in a customer-facing or sales role is ideal, but not essential.
  • A positive, growth mindset with a willingness to learn.
  • UK resident and right to work.
  • The ability to communicate in Welsh is desirable, but not essential.
