- Placing job adverts on the right platforms, processing completed applications, and shortlisting candidates.
- General recruitment administrative tasks, informing candidates of updates and outcomes.
- Manage the onboarding process by supporting Right to Work checks, disclosure, and DBS checks.
- Work closely with job board providers, team leaders, and external recruitment agencies.
- Coordinate and participate in job fairs and recruitment events.
- Maintain application tracking system and provide recruitment analytics.
- Provide advice, and support to managers, employees and other stakeholders on HR policies and procedures.
- Understand principles of data protection and confidentiality, ensuring compliance with GDPR.
- CIPD qualification (Desirable)
- Strong knowledge and experience in recruitment
- Previous experience of working in a HR team
- Experience with HRIS and ATS systems
- Strong IT and communication skills
