Recruitment OfficerHoop PS&HR are proud to be working with an incredible not for profit organisation based in Swansea, who are seeking an enthusiastic, committed, and driven Recruitment Officer to join their team. This position allows you to work with several areas within the organisation and streamline the recruitment and selection process.This position requires a detail-oriented, organised, and driven individual. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to develop their skills and knowledge further within recruitment. This is a permanent opportunity that comes with a salary of up to £26,000.Key Responsibilities:
  • Placing job adverts on the right platforms, processing completed applications, and shortlisting candidates.
  • General recruitment administrative tasks, informing candidates of updates and outcomes.
  • Manage the onboarding process by supporting Right to Work checks, disclosure, and DBS checks.
  • Work closely with job board providers, team leaders, and external recruitment agencies.
  • Coordinate and participate in job fairs and recruitment events.
  • Maintain application tracking system and provide recruitment analytics.
  • Provide advice, and support to managers, employees and other stakeholders on HR policies and procedures.
  • Understand principles of data protection and confidentiality, ensuring compliance with GDPR.
Requirements:
  • CIPD qualification (Desirable)
  • Strong knowledge and experience in recruitment
  • Previous experience of working in a HR team
  • Experience with HRIS and ATS systems
  • Strong IT and communication skills
