As a leading education recruitment consultancy, Equal Education Partners is on the lookout for a Senior Recruitment Consultant to join our dynamic team. Our mission is to recruit, develop, and retain the best education professionals while providing exceptional opportunities for learners. The Opportunity: Senior Recruitment Consultant

As a Senior Recruitment Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in driving growth and fostering relationships within the education sector. You will be responsible for sourcing, recruiting, and placing exceptional candidates in temporary, long-term, and permanent roles.

Your responsibilities will include engaging with clients to understand their needs, building a robust pipeline of candidates, and providing outstanding support throughout the recruitment process.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage relationships with educational institutions to understand their staffing requirements.
  • Source and attract high-quality candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, and headhunting.
  • Conduct interviews and assessments to ensure a strong match between candidates and client needs.
  • Support the recruitment team in achieving targets and driving overall sales performance.
  • Provide exceptional candidate experiences to ensure engagement and satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure compliance and best practices are upheld.
  • Act as a mentor to junior staff, sharing best practices and strategies for success.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in recruitment, preferably within the education sector.
  • Strong business development and relationship management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A goal-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Ability to work independently while being a collaborative team player.
  • Proficient with recruitment software and online recruitment tools.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
