Recruitment Consultant, Temp - Swansea

Are you an experienced Temp Recruitment Consultant (all sectors considered) who are passionate about building meaningful relationships and looking for a fresh challenge?

The Role

As a Senior Temporary Recruitment Consultant, you'll connect skilled education professionals with schools. You'll use your expertise in recruitment to source, interview, and place candidates, build strong client relationships, and conduct school visits to understand hiring needs and school culture. Compliance and safeguarding will be a priority, ensuring all placements meet the required standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the entire recruitment process: sourcing, interviewing, and placing candidates in schools.

• Build and develop client relationships, including conducting face-to-face client meetings.

• Stay updated on education sector trends to offer relevant advice to clients and candidates.

• Ensure compliance and safeguarding standards are met, including DBS and reference checks.

• Provide ongoing support to candidates, fostering long-term relationships.
