The School and Role

The role of a ALN Teaching Assistant involves working with Children with a variety of ALN  needs. This role requires a Minumun level 1 British sign launguage qualification. We require a highly motivated, adaptable, committed, enthusiastic and resilient teaching assistant with great communication skills and a proactive approach to supporting the Teacher.  You will have experience working with young people with Aditional Learning Needs. You will work as part of a dedicated and committed team that have a child-centred approach in all they do. The school work tirelessly to make sure each of their pupils achieve their potential.

Requirements

The desired ALN Teaching Assistant will have.

-          Experience of working children and young people

-          Experience of working with pupils with ALN

-          A passion for the progress pupils with ALN

-          An ability to work as part of a team
