Job Summary:

We are seeking a professional, organised, and Welsh-speaking Administrative Assistant to support the smooth operation of our school. The successful candidate will be responsible for a variety of administrative tasks, including communication with parents, staff, and students, supporting the school's day-to-day activities, and ensuring that Welsh is incorporated into relevant school functions and documentation. Fluency in both Welsh and English is essential, as this role involves working in a bilingual educational environment.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

  • Fluency in both Welsh and English, spoken and written, is essential.

  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with students, staff, parents, and external stakeholders.
