Service Charge Manager responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strategy and associated policies for service charges across all tenure types.
- Ensure residents receive a high-quality service that reflects the needs and requirements of their property and estate. Including leading on consultations in relation to services provided.

Service Charge Manager requirements:
- Understanding of legislation of service charge
- Working across different departments and influence
- Leasehold experience
