This company are an accredited ISO 9001 manufacturer who have 130 staff and have been established since 1964. They work on a varied range of Electrical projects across numerous key industries including Aerospace, Automotive and Telecommunications and due to an ever increasing workload are looking to grow their team.

In this dynamic role you will receive full training and then work within the tight knit purchasing team as you undertake varied responsibilities including Procurement and scheduling of products, negotiating prices with suppliers and furthering existing relationships with clients. In addition to this it will be your responsibility to liaise with the Senior Leadership Team as you work on a Monday - Thursday basis.This role would suit an aspiring Buyer looking for a varied role offering full training within a well-established company and a range of ongoing progression opportunities as you develop within the company.The Role:

  • Full training to become a Buyer
  • Procurement and scheduling of products, materials, plant and equipment
  • Negotiation of prices with suppliers
  • Maintain and monitor inventory levels
  • Tracking orders and addressing late deliveries
  • Build and further relationships with clients, suppliers and key stakeholders
  • Monday-Thursday 8:30am-5pm
