About the Role

In this rewarding role, youll play a vital part in supporting individuals with diverse needs and assisting healthcare professionals in providing top-quality care. Key responsibilities include:

  • Building supportive, trusting relationships with clients to help them achieve their goals
  • TheResidentialSupport Workerwill be assisting clients with personal care, meal preparation, and daily living activities
  • Supporting clients in participating in community activities and social events
  • Working collaboratively with healthcare professionals to ensure seamless, holistic care
  • Keeping accurate records and updating care plans as needed
  • Staying current on best practices to ensure the highest standard of client care

About You

The ideal candidate for this role will:

  • Hold an enhanced DBS check (on the update service)
  • Have at least 6 months experience in residential care with children
  • Possess relevant healthcare certifications
  • Must hold full UK driving license.
  • QCF Level 2 or above in Health and Social Care, Children and Young People or equivalent or evidence of working towards
