Position: Residential Support Worker (RSW)
Location: Swansea
Salary: 12.40 - 13.00 per hour (based on experience and young people's needs)

Contracted Hours: 39 hours per week

What We're Looking For

  • Driving License: Essential. All staff must be drivers.
  • Health and Social Care Experience: We welcome candidates from any HSC background.

Shift Patterns

  • Days: Shifts run from 8:00 am to 11:00 pm (long day shifts)
  • Sleep-In Shifts: From 7:00 pm to 8:30 am
  • Flexible and varied shift patterns, allowing you to balance your work and personal life.
