Support Workers required to work within Adult Services Permanent position.
Randstad are supporting a client in Clydach, Swansea with the recruitment of 2 adult support workers to work in a home supporting adults with varying needs and abilities. You should be experience in supporting people with varying needs such as mental health support and learning difficulties. Personal care will be involved and you must be prepared for lone working at times.
What we are looking for from you.
. Experienced support worker
. Personal care experience preferred
. Be friendly and have a patient manner
. Excellent communication
. To be flexible with working hours
Requirements
- Must be registered with Social Care Wales
- Must have an enhanced DBS
- Must be able to obtain a minimum 3 years references
- Must have a minimum 6 months UK based experience as a support worker
Hourly rate is £11.44 due to increase in April with the rise of NMW
