Your New Company:
A supported living organisation located in the Swansea, Neath, and Port Talbot areas, providing a range of care and support services for individuals with learning and/or physical disabilities, some of whom have additional health needs. Your New Role:
As a Support Worker, you will be part of a dedicated team providing essential care and support. No previous experience or qualifications are necessary as comprehensive training will be provided.
Your responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting personal and physical care needs.
  • Managing and administering medication.
  • Assisting with daily living tasks.
  • Managing tenancy agreements and security.
  • Maintaining accurate records.
  • Attending health appointments and liaising with external professionals.
  • Supporting individuals in activities that promote health and wellbeing, such as arts and crafts, sports, social events, and holidays.
