We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Support Workers to join our team. Duties

- Drive to various locations as required for home visits or community activities.

- Support children with daily living tasks, fostering independence where possible.
Experience
- Previous experience working with children is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with care plans and the ability to implement them effectively is essential.
- Strong communication skills are necessary for interacting with children and their families.
- A valid driving license is preferred to facilitate travel between locations.
- Basic IT skills are required for maintaining records and documentation efficiently.
