- Social Worker for Supported Care Planning Team: £30.50 per hour
- Senior Social Worker for Supported Care Planning Team: £33.00 per hour
Requirements:
- Experience: At least 2 years working with children in the UK
- DBS: Must be up-to-date
- Registration: Registered with Social Care Wales
- Degree: Social Work or a relevant degree
