Our client, based in Swansea, are a fast growing apparel business and are looking for an innovative and analytical Supply Chain Manager to join their dynamic team. The ideal candidate will thrive in a high-energy, fast-paced environment and have a strong track record of delivering exceptional operational results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and execute Supply Chain capacity plans to meet global customer demand, including Amazon FBA and other platform warehouses
  • Optimise inventory availability levels while ensuring cost efficiency online.
  • Analyse and strategise delivery costs across our fulfilment network
  • Develop and improve prioritisation logic to manage inventory constraints and competing demands
  • Mitigate capacity risks by managing dependencies across multiple markets, ensuring clear communication of dependencies
  • Lead or participate in cross-functional projects and initiatives
  • Collaborate with Operations and Finance teams to analyse data, identify trends, and provide workforce inputs
  • Monitor and report regional performance through Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis

Skills and Experience:

  • Strong communication skills with the ability to present complex issues clearly and concisely
  • Experienced leader in Capacity Planning, Supply Chain, Production Planning, Operations, Manufacturing or equivalent
  • Experience working with Production Environment Metrics (such as Forecasting, Efficiency, Attendance, Cost-per-units)
  • Excellent analytical skills with a high level of MS Excel
  • Prior experience with the Amazon seller central ecosystem is a plus, but not essential
