Exciting Opportunity for Audit and Accounts Manager with Rapidly Growing Firm!

Are you an ACA/ACCA qualified Audit and Accounts Manager with at least 5 years of practice experience? Are you looking for a new challenge with a dynamic and rapidly expanding firm? If so, we have the perfect opportunity for you!

Our client is seeking an ambitious and talented individual to join their team as an Audit and Accounts Manager in their Swindon office. You will be responsible for assisting the Partners and senior management team in the delivery of statutory audit and accounts preparation services. Approximately 50% of the work will be audit, while the other 50% will involve accounts preparation, including working with the Charity and Not-for-Profit sector.

As part of their growth plans, our client is offering a clear path to Partnership for the right candidate. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to become the Responsible Individual for Audit purposes, which will allow you to heavily contribute to their sizeable Charity & Not-for-Profit portfolio.

The successful candidate should have experience managing audit assignments, be able to multitask and prioritize a number of jobs across all portfolios, and demonstrate excellent time management skills to ensure all deadlines and expectations are met. You should display strong technical knowledge of Financial Reporting Standards and International Standards for Auditing, have excellent verbal and written communication skills, and strong analytical skills with good attention to detail. Experience in the charity and Not-for-Profit sector is desirable, but not essential.
