Key Responsibilities

• Lead the firm’s audit function and oversee complex assignments.
• Act as a Responsible Individual (RI) and ensure compliance with audit regulations.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, offering strategic advice.
• Drive business development and contribute to the firm’s growth strategy.
• Mentor and develop the audit team, fostering a high-performance culture.

• Must have previous experience working within a UK Practice environment.
• ACA/ACCA qualified with RI status (or eligibility).
• Strong technical knowledge of audit and financial reporting standards.
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and develop a team.
• Excellent communication and business development skills.
