Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage audit assignments from planning through to completion
- Prepare audit files, including detailed audit testing and reviews
- Maintain strong client relationships and act as the main point of contact during audits
- Supervise and mentor junior team members, providing guidance and training
- Ensure compliance with all relevant accounting standards and regulations
- ACA/ACCA qualified (or equivalent)
- Must have previous experience working within a UK Practice environment
- Strong technical knowledge of audit standards and financial reporting
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
