Robert Half are working on behalf of a Swindon based business to recruit a Management Accountant on a Fixed Term basis for 9 months from mid May 2025.
Based in Swindon, you may be CIMA/ACCA qualfied, or QBE.
Inteviews to be held from early May, to start mid May.
* Production of monthly management accounts analysing against budget
* Budget & forecasts preparation
* Balance sheet ownership and analytical review of all balances
* Keep up to date with all costs
* Reconciliation of inter-company balances
* Inter-company recharges
* Monthly Capex reporting and review
* Assistance with group audit
* Produce and Review VAT returns
* Review cashflows for multiple entities
* Manage the expenses system and submissions
* Communication with non-finance stakeholders
* Developing, enhancing, and documenting controls and procedures as required by business growth.
* Assisting CFO and Senior Management Accountant with systems and process assessment and adoption, along with integration into new company systems in accordance with current Accounting Standards and legislation.
* Other Management Accountant ad hoc duties
Qualifications / Experience
* Working towards CIMA/ACCA or equivalent qualified
* Experience in multi entity structures
* Respond quickly to changing work demands and culture
* Excellent communication skills
* Advanced Excel skills required
