Your Role: Management Accountant

As a Management Accountant you'll go beyond traditional accounting tasks. You’ll be at the heart of delivering a holistic financial service, providing clients with insightful, data-driven advice that shapes their strategic and financial decisions both from a business and personal perspective. This role offers a unique opportunity to build trusted relationships with clients, acting as a go-to advisor who drives growth and adds value. You’ll manage a portfolio of clients, providing monthly management information, identifying growth opportunities, and guiding financial strategies.

You will report to one of the Senior Leadership Team and also line-manage and mentor our Assistant Management Accountants, helping them grow professionally while ensuring our clients receive the highest quality support.

About You

We’re looking for someone who’s more than technically proficient; we want a forward-thinking, solution-focused advisor with the ability to be responsible for delivering their own work as well as managing an AMA. Ideally, you’ll bring:

  • Excellent Client Focus: A knack for building strong relationships, providing tailored financial insights, and communicating complex information with ease.
  • Tech-Savvy Mindset: Familiarity with cloud applications and advanced Excel skills, with a drive to embrace and implement tech-driven efficiencies.
  • Proactivity and Curiosity: An eye for detail and a willingness to ask questions, identify opportunities for improvement, and find innovative solutions.

Your role will include crafting business forecasts, identifying tax efficiencies, delivering insightful management accounts, and more—all with a focus on adding strategic value.
