Description

Prepare monthly management accounts and annual budgets
Provide financial analysis and guidance on all activities, plans, targets and business drivers
Ensure compliance with all financial regulations
Review accounting processes and practices and improve where necessary to ensure efficient financial operations
Assist with preparation for annual audits
Coordinate with the accounting & finance department to streamline vendor payment processes and improve the financial health of the company
Work closely with the retail business operations team to support financial decisions
Provide insights to senior management around financial modelling, forecasts, and profitability

Profile

A successful Management Accountant should have:

ACCA/CIMA/ACA qualified.
Proficiency in accounting software
Strong knowledge of financial compliance regulations
Excellent analytical, decision-making, and management skills
Exceptional communication skills
