TheOperational Costs Support Analystrole is a key part of the International Finance team supporting the accurate control of multi-million pound budgets across a variety of services and suppliers ensuring we get great service and value for money for the business.

What you will be doing
  • Supporting our colleagues across International in managing invoices, raising purchase orders and general cost control
  • Creating, monitoring and tracking of purchase orders and invoicing
  • Ensuring Purchase Orders are correctly authorised and processed within appropriate timescales
  • Working with stores and operations team to validate invoices and track expenditure
  • Supporting the management of suppliers to ensure service levels and expenditure delivered in line with expectations
  • Monitoring and reporting of costs with proactive identification of issues
  • Identify opportunities to improve service and reduce costs working collaboratively with our suppliers, stores and internal teams
  • Gradually take on additional responsibilities supporting the International Finance Cost Team including forecasting, month-end & reporting
