Job Title: Accounts Payable Assistant

We are working for a multi academy trust who are looking for an extra pair of hands to support their accounts payable team with a backlog of invoices.

Rate: £13.05/hr

Hours: Full-time 37 hours p/w, all year round

Location: Central Office, Swindon

Temporary until March

This role is to support with a backlog of invoices due to a new system being implemented.

 To oversee and undertake the processing of orders and invoices for the Federation.

 To oversee and undertake the raining of cheques/BACS payments for authorisation.

 To support the Financial Planning and Operations Lead in all aspects of routine financial administration.
