Asset Manager | Commercial Building Services / M&E Projects | £55K + £5K Car Allowance | Remote Working (WFH)  with UK Wide Portfolio | 35 Hour Working Week | Benefits listed below.

Due to contract expansion, We are seeking a skilled Asset Manager to support the delivery and auditing of 'Significant Risk' Safe Systems of Work (SSoW) across A portfolio of commercial building services – including both projects and maintenance (predominately Projects). This role is pivotal in ensuring technical compliance, enhancing safety standards, and providing expert support to our teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the delivery of technical audits and communicate corrective actions.
  • Provide technical and engineering support, including coaching and mentoring.
  • Manage and develop the Competency Management System (CMS) for technical safety.
  • Ensure Safe Systems of Work are compliant with current standards and legislation.
  • Collaborate on policy development, technical documentation, and safety assurance.
  • Participate in industry webinars and provide horizon scanning for new practices. 

Requirements:

  • Minimum City and Guilds Level 3 Qualified in Electrical or Mechanical discipline.
  • Ideally HND in engineering or equivalent experience.
  • IEng status preferred, with a pathway to CEng.
  • At least 5 years in operation and maintenance, with AP/AE qualifications. 
  • Experience in HTM, MOD, or Pharma is a plus.
  • Strong knowledge of safety and risk management, quality systems, and technical management. 
  • Proficient in Word, Excel, Project, PowerPoint, Smartsheets, and Visio.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
