You’ll be picking up the phone, making connections, and helping businesses grow through print and digital products. If you’re someone who loves hitting goals, thrives on the buzz of a good conversation, and is hungry to maximise your earnings, this could be your perfect fit!

Duties of the role:

  • Make outbound calls to businesses, introducing them to our clients fantastic advertising solutions.
  • Build strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and matching them to the right products.
  • Work hard to hit targets, earning uncapped commission for your successes.
  • Handle objections with confidence, turning "no" into "yes" through your charm and persistence.
  • Manage your sales pipeline like a pro, staying organised and focused on results.

Skills Required:

  • Confidence and a love for talking to people—you’re never shy about picking up the phone.
  • A target-driven attitude and hunger to succeed—you’re in it to win it.
  • Strong relationship-building skills and a knack for making people feel comfortable.
  • Resilience, determination, and a positive mindset.
  • Minimum of one year sales experience within a telephony-based role.
  • Can travel daily to the office located in Swindon
