About the RoleAs our Accounts Receivable Administrator, you'll be at the heart of our operations, ensuring smooth and accurate invoicing processes. Working closely with the Credit Controller and other team members, your efforts will directly support our mission of delivering exceptional care.
? Hours: 9:00 am - 5:30 pm (with flexible working options!)?? Contract: Temporary with the exciting potential for a permanent position?? Pay: £12.82 per hour (~£25,000 per annum)
Key Responsibilities- Create precise invoices based on sales orders, contracts, or service agreements.
- Collaborate with the sales team to resolve billing discrepancies.
- Maintain meticulous invoice records to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Partner with the Credit Controller to address disputes and enhance processes.
- Support credit evaluations with detailed sales and payment insights.
- Regularly analyse invoicing practices to drive improvements.
- Uphold regulatory and company compliance standards.
- Experience: 5+ years in accounts receivable administration.
- Tech Savvy: Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (especially Excel) and Sage accounting software.
- Skills: Strong attention to detail, organisation, and the ability to thrive under pressure.
- Mindset: Proactive, adaptable, and always ready to go the extra mile.
- Team Player: Excellent communication skills and a collaborative spirit.
